INGREDIENTS:

• 1/2 cup frozen pink Dragon fruit
• 1/2 banana frozen or fresh
• 1/2 cup frozen mango
• 1 serve of AptaGrow powder (e.g. 6 level scoops of AptaGrow)
• 3/4 cup (175mL) of lukewarm water
 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Add all ingredients to the blender and mix until smooth.
2. Add more water as necessary to thin to desired consistency
