Payment Policy

2. Currency – All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). If paying in another currency, conversion rates and fees may be applied by your bank or payment provider.
3. Payment Timing – Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is confirmed.
4. Taxes & Duties – All prices include GST where applicable. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country (except Vietnam).

6. Failed or Declined Payments – If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or payment provider. We reserve the right to cancel orders for which payment is not successfully completed.
